I have a story to tell youโ€”my story. It is not about equations, robots, or midnight coding sessions (though, donโ€™t worry, there will be lots of that). This is about how I went from a burned out, sleep deprived PhD student to a glowing and energized STEM queenโ€”and how you can, too.

Three years ago, I was lost. I lived solely on instant noodles, survived on three hours of sleep a night, and consumed way too much caffeine. My back hurt, I had brain fog thicker than a textbook, and my โ€˜workoutsโ€™ were basically me running to catch the last bus home. Then... I hit the wall. And by hit the wall, I mean I passed out in the lab after debugging code for 72 hours straight. I woke up in the hospital with the doctor saying to me, "Your body is screaming for help."

That was the wake up call I needed. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I didn't want to just survive STEMโ€”I wanted to thrive. So, I hacked my health like a stubborn line of Python code. I studied nutrition like it was an elaborate tablet of quantum physics. I turned my tiny apartment into a tiny gym. And guess what? I cracked it. I'm now stronger, sharper, and way more confidentโ€”both in the lab and in leggings. ๐Ÿ˜‰
