Once, I was simply another human being swallowed and drowned by the information highway while trying to meet my deadlines, stuffing my face with food. My body was aching, my mind was clouded, and my soul was wrapped in layers of 'I'll start tomorrow'. Until one day I was had enough. I swapped my office chair for a one-way ticket to nowhere. ✈️🔥

And now, I'm a Digital Anthropologist studying how humans actually connect in this crazy technology world while living a life that's equal parts journey and awakening. From meditating on cliffs in Bali 🧘‍♀️, to dancing with shamans in the Amazon 🌿, I've discovered that health is not just a diet or exercise...it's a rebellion. A refusal to accept chronic burnout as normal.

My metamorphosis was not aesthetically pleasing. There were a lot of tears (seriously), atrocious drying to death detoxes 🙈, and a very troublesome time where I thought I could just live on coconuts. But here is the magic: I made it. My body was getting stronger, my mind clearer, and my heart? Well it is wide open. Now, I support others to rewrite their story- one mindful step and one wild journey at a time.
