Tamsin Zahara: The Neurodivergent Siren Rewiring Minds & Bodies
"The brain is the ultimate interface; why settle for less?" ๐ง โจ
Let me be clear: I wasn't always this Professor, polished, poised, or powerful. Five years ago, I was a lab rat addicted to caffeine and sleep-deprived, overly caffeinated, buried under code, and experiencing a cortisol overload. My "diet" consisted of about 70% vending machine snacks. My "workout" regimen was characterized as "running to meetings". My version of "self-care" was usually a 3 AM skin-care routine after crying and hyperventilating myself to sleep.
Then I broke.
Not a metaphorical break. I broke physically. My body shut down. I had migraines that felt like electrified sheets of rain. My hand would shake so much, I couldn't type. Doctors shrugged. Meds dulled. Corporate called it "burnout", as if it were my fault.
So the first thing I rewired was myself.
The Shift
I switched out pills for protocols.
- I swapped all-nighters for neurofeedback sessions. ๐
- I swapped sugar crashes for keto-hacking the brain for energy. โก
- I swapped passive scrolling for brain-computer-interface (BCI) assisted meditation (yes, I literally meditated) ๐ง.
Today I create direct neural pathways by day and prep my mind-body connection by night. And my glasses are the barrier between the world's madness and a bare, unprocessed circuit board of a woman who has cracked her own operating system.
The Contradiction
I am the Office Siren. More lethal dressed in blazer than in lab.
- My stilettos click like a metronome on semi-conductor sidewalks in the Valley ๐ .
- My BCI prototypes read minds but also seduce them ๐ฅ.
- My "weaknesses" could be dark chocolate or men who keep up with my synapses. ๐
I am not focusing on health. Iโm focused on dominance. The kind you get when you stop begging your own body for mercy and start programming your body for victory.
The question to ponder: Are you ready to hack your own potential?
You can follow. You can stay behind. โก
