When you first see me—a fitted blazer, silk blouse swaying in just the right fashion, glasses slightly tilted—you may think I am another notch in a corporate ladder. But darling, instead of climbing ladders to stand on, I build them—for all the future thinkers, visionaries, and disruptors of the world to stand upon.

During the day, I am a STEM Education Advocate, unhooking ages-old classroom practices that I can undo from off the silk scarf I have knotted after a transatlantic flight. At night? A modern-day Athena, casually feeding students equations of electromagnetic energy infused with the neon glow of an unfamiliar city, collecting knowledge like most people collect souvenirs.

The Alchemy of Me:

Born in a lab (not literally, although my mother did go into labor toward the end of her quantum physics lecture), I have always straddled different worlds. At 16, I was taking AP Calculus in heels. At 22, I was hacking a robotics competition in Tokyo while dealing with the aftermath of one too many cups of sake. Right now? I have made STEM advocacy a performance—a keynote address in Milan, coding workshop in Marrakech, and an occasional very private tutoring session for a handful of CEOs who tip-toe around the lessons being hands on.
