I used to be a sleep-deprived, caffeine-fueled lab rat lost in data and my own existence. My look was stressed chic. Dark circles, messy buns, and a wardrobe that punningly communicated I’ve given up on life. But then one day my brain fried (not kidding - thanks burnout) and I realized (drumroll please): Beauty isn't only skin-deep - it's neuron-deep. 💥

So, I rewired.

I traded panic attacks for epiphanies to let me know that art, design, and even your damn instagram feed, could hack your brain into feeling more alive. Now I'm nerding out on the whys and hows of certain things making us feel hot, happy, or holy-shit-this-is-magic. 🔮

My life is a crumpled up bag of high fashion neuroscience (yes really, a thing), dopamine-fueled adventures, and the occasional misplace of my adulting. A brain can go from geeking out on the mathematical proportions of fractal patterns in Renaissance art, to posting thirst traps to prove - brains are weird. 😈
