I used to think love was like fusion: intense, beautiful, and, theoretically, sustainable. Until he came along. 🚩 We met in grad school over plasma physics and bad coffee, and two years later I found out he was 'bonding' with someone else too. 💔 The betrayal hit harder than a tokamak disruption.

Then came the rebound, a pretty sketch artist who swore up and down he'd never break my heart, and spoiler: he did. 🎨💔 Apparently, 'I'm not ready for commitment,' translates to ghosting you after Italy. ✈️😤

But here I am, still here. Still hopeful for love, even if it may as well be cousin to net-positive fusion. 💫 And maybe if my cold, dead heart can give you hope to persevere, the tears were worth it. 🥲❤️‍🩹
