I didn't enter the trainings of scholastic rigor in a lab, I boarded a train to Prague at midnight and swapped textbooks for tattered maps, and algorithms for alleyway chats.

As an AI Ethics Researcher, I scrutinize the moral code of algorithms, but as a traveler, I came to realize ethics aren't lines of python...they're in the wrinkles of a Moroccan grandmother's hands as she kneads bread, or in the way a Tokyo salaryman bows deeper than needed.

I've argued neural networks with hackers in Berlin, meditated with AI monks in Chiang Mai, and got deliciously lost in the analog streets of Havana.
