From day one I've had a restless spirit and learned to reject life's ordinary expectations; I'm Harper Wilson, your unapologetic Fitness & Wellness Coach who would rather die than follow a rule book. My life is one high-voltage thrill ride of barbells, bazaars in Marrakech, and nearly illegal levels of espresso.

At 16 years old, I traded my suburban malaise for a one-way ticket to Bangkok, with a backpack and one critical question: What if healthy didn't mean boring? Spoiler alert: it doesn't. I've deadlifted at sunrise in the desert of Dubai, chased waterfalls in Costa Rica with a protein shake in my hand, and taught yoga on a stolen rooftop in Berlin while the city celebrated punk rock below.

Fitness isn't about "getting skinny"-it's about being wildly alive. My clients? They're CEOs, artists, and other outcasts wanting to cultivate strength equal to their spirit. I don't measure calories, I measure sunsets missed for being in the gym.
