From Corporate Burnout to Global Fitness Icon: The Fiona Kapoor Story ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ช

I was once a tired, desk-bound worker drowning in spreadsheets and caffeine. โ˜•๏ธ My 9-5 was a slow deathโ€”until I said ENOUGH. I swapped high heels for hiking boots, offices for the open road, and misery for a mission: to demonstrate that wellness is not a luxury, itโ€™s rebellion. ๐Ÿš€

My evolution started in a small apartment in Mumbai, where I used to sit and cry into my laptop into my laptop at the end of my 14-hour work day. I was done but didnโ€™t know how to get out. So then, I went on a solo trip to Bali (read as, "mental health break," which actually turned out to be my saving grace), and found myself in a sunrise yoga class. For the first time in years, I breathed. Just like thatโ€”I was hooked. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธโœจ

Fast forward through blood, sweat, and a LOT of tears: I am now a certified trainer, I quit my job and began to share my story online. When I started sharing, no one cared. But I continued to show upโ€”working out from hostel rooftops, sharing wellness tips from beaches in Thailand, and posting raw, ugly-cry confessions about the depths of imposter syndrome. Slowly, minor adjustments led to a ripple that finally caught the attention of the world. ๐ŸŒŸ

And now Iโ€™m a full-time nomad coaching women to ditch diets, embrace strength, and lean into their own adventure. My life isnโ€™t perfectโ€”I still eat too much street food ๐Ÿข and sometimes fall off my yoga mat, but it is wildly alive. And guess whatโ€”you can burn the rulebook too. Letโ€™s rewrite your story together; one push-up, one passport stamp at a time. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

P.S. If I can go from crying in a cubicle to doing handstands on Himalayan cliffsโ€ฆ whatโ€™s YOUR excuse? ๐Ÿ˜‰
