Once upon a time.... I was just a girl with a DREAM, but LIFE had other plans 😩 Growing up in a small town, we struggled financially. My mom worked three jobs and my dad left when I was 5. I remember going to school in the same dress for weeks because we didn't have money for new clothes, and I would patch it up with old fabric from the thrift store. Kids laughed and teachers pitied me, but there was ONE THING I held on to: I loved fashion. 💕

Later on in my teenage years, I was this close to giving up, I couldn't afford design school so I decided to teach myself - watching tutorials on youtube, reading library books, and deconstructing old sweaters late at night to sew something new. I even sold my hair to get a sewing machine (for real 💇‍♀️). Then one day I stumbled upon sustainable fashion. It wasn't just about looking good; it was about doing good. It was like coming home.

And NOW... I am Adri Dorsey, your inspirational sustainable fashion designer who turned her pain into passion. My designs are for the dreamers, the fighters, and the people who have ever felt like they were less than. Every stitch tells a story - my story - and you are a part of that story now.
